Shipping Policy

At PhotoMules, we’re proud to ship your photos anywhere in the world. Below are our shipping guidelines.

Order Processing Time

We ship twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Orders placed after 8 AM MST on one of our shipping days, will ship on the following shipping day. (Example: An order placed on Tuesday at 10am MST will ship on the following Thursday.) In most cases, your order will ship within two business days of ordering!

Domestic and International Shipping

U.S. Orders

We ship anywhere in the United States for a flat rate of $6.99, no matter how many prints you order.

International Orders:
We ship worldwide! International shipping costs are dependent on the receiving address of the order. To place an international order, please contact our Customer Support team at support@photomules.com. If an international order is placed directly on our website, additional shipping fees must be paid before the order can be shipped.

Returns, Changes, and Cancellations

For returns, please see our Return Policy. To request a change or cancellation, contact support@photomules.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order begins processing, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. After your order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for changes or cancellations.

Shipping Method & Potential Delays

All orders are shipped through USPS Ground Advantage. While most orders are delivered in 3-5 business days, some delivery times may vary due to variables beyond our control (postal delays, weather, etc.). For delivery questions once your package has shipped, contact the USPS Customer Support Center at 1-800-275-8777.

Order Tracking

After placing your order, you’ll receive a text confirmation and once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via text so you can follow your package.

Other Important Information

We currently do not offer pickup options, except at our on-site tents during events. If you forgot to pick up your order at an event, please email support@photomules.com for shipping options.
