To protect your order in transit, we ship prints rolled image-side out in durable, rigid shipping boxes with locking tabs. This is the paper’s natural bend and helps your print lay flat, usually within a few hours of being unrolled and set out. Plus, experience is key! Our team ships out over 100 prints every week! Safe and fast delivery of your memories has and will always be our top priority.
In the unlikely event that your order does arrive damaged, please contact us right away with photos of the damaged prints and shipping box at (512) 233-6883 or support@photomules.com.
Our team ships orders twice a week! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via text message! Typically, your order can be expected to arrive in 7-10 business days!
