Register Athelete

We only take photos of athletes who register with us in advance, that way we can capture the best live game action for you.

View Your Photos

Photos can be viewed on-site within 24 hours of your game. Our staff makes the process quick and convenient.

Save Your Favorites

After your player has been photographed, save your favorites to your album and purchase prints and digital photo packages with us in our photo store.

We Print On-Site

Our advanced onboard technology allows us to provide you with quality prints and posters to go home with. Your registration deposit must be used on-site.

Register for Your Perfect Product

Register below and our team will professionally photograph your player throughout their entire game! After the game, they upload all of the photos taken to our Action Portal to view them on your device with 24 hours! Select all of your favorites and add them to your album and receive the entire album’s download link via email within 1-3 business days!

  • Great question! Let us explain. Because it takes a small army of staff, equipment and a mobile photo trailer to run a Digital & Print Event we are limited in how many of those events we can do, especially when our own expectations of service & quality are so high. We created the Digital-Only Events so that we can still offer you our great photography, but posters are ordered online and mailed to you.

  • We only photograph players who have been registered for action photos. This allows us to get more and better photos for those families wanting high-quality action photography. We guarantee one full game of coverage but due to the sport, athlete’s in-game time, position, and the weather, the amount of photos captured can vary.

  • Once your athlete or team has been registered, our team then schedules the best game to photograph them based on our photographers game schedule. We guarantee one full game of coverage but due to the sport, athlete’s in-game time, position, and the weather, the amount of photos captured can vary. Once that full game is shot, you will be able to view the photos right on your phone with 24 hours and your athlete or team will not be photographed in another game.

  • Item descriptiOur team uploads all of the low-resolution versions of our Action Photos to photos.photmules.com/login within 24 hours of the last day of the event for you to immediately view and add your photos to your album. Once the low-resolutions are uploaded our team begins uploading all of the high-resolution versions for you to download! This process can take 1-3 business days depending on the amount of photos. 


    Once the high-resolution versions of the photos have been uploaded, our team will begin sending out your photos! You will receive a download link via email or you can log in at photos.photomules.com/login and select “Downloads and Order History” then click “Download All” on your event.

  • Your photos will be available to view/purchase within 24 hours of the game they were photographed in. Once the event has concluded, the photos will continue to be available for up to 3 days following the event. Our recommendation is that you check them out right away and get a head start by adding all your favorites to your album during the event!

  • The deposit is non-refundable because it secures our services and photographers specifically for your player. We ask that you set aside time during events to view, save, and purchase your photos. We can’t offer refunds because the photos aren’t reviewed during the event. If there is an issue, please see us at the tent during the event so we can make our best effort to remedy the situation.

  • As of now, our Action Photography services are only available at select events. However, even if our Action Photography team is not available our Team Photo and Individual team may be on site photographing! You can always check with your tournament director or reach out to our Customer Support team at (512) 233 - 6883 or support@photomules.com to see if we will be at an event near you! 


    Are you organizing a tournament or event? Reach out to our booking team at info@photomules.com with all of your event information and we’d love to attend your event!

  • Our team ships orders twice a week! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via text message! Typically, your order can be expected to arrive in 7-10 business days!

  • To keep our photos safe in transit, we ship our photos rolled up, image side out, in durable protective shipping boxes. We also roll our photos image side out as this is the natural way the paper rolls. This way you can lay your print out on the counter for a few hours and it will be flat and ready to frame! If we rolled the opposite way, the paper would adapt to that way of bending and never lay flat.

    Additionally, our shipping boxes are created with locking tabs that tightly keep the box intact and sturdy while in transit. 


    Experience is key! Our team ships out over 100 prints every single week and has been for the last 3 years! Your photos arriving safely and in a timely manner has always been a number 1 priority for us!
